Sylviane is one of the pioneers of coaching in Belgium – with thousands of hours of coaching; she has been MCC since 2008. She is an executive coach well appreciated in all types of organizations – from SME to global institutions – but also likes to coach individuals on their personal challenges. Since 2006, she has supervised hundreds of coaches individually and in groups, in French and in English, and is known for her humanity, compassion, ability to connect, high energy and drive but also for her business acumen as economist and global leader.
To date, she is the only person in the French-speaking world to hold the triple accreditation of ICF-certified Master Coach, EMCC Master Practitioner and EMCC-accredited Supervisor. She is one of just fifteen supervisors worldwide trained in team coach supervision.
Ludmila is a Senior Executive Coach and ICF certified Mentor Coach, providing executive development and business coaching in French, English and Russian. For over 2 decades, she accompanied business transformations of international companies, first in her financial advisory role, then in her consulting and coaching capacity. In supervision, Ludmila combines her in-depth understanding of systemic approach, that she has developed while learning from Paul Watzlawick and Richard Fish at the Palo Alto Mental Research Institute (US CA), with the system’s psychodynamic perspective and clinical approach to change acquired at the INSEAD’s Executive Masters’ Program Consulting and Coaching for Change.
