Sylviane is one of the pioneers of coaching in Belgium – with thousands of hours of coaching; she has been MCC since 2008. She is an executive coach well appreciated in all types of organizations – from SME to global institutions – but also likes to coach individuals on their personal challenges. Since 2006, she has supervised hundreds of coaches individually and in groups, in French and in English, and is known for her humanity, compassion, ability to connect, high energy and drive but also for her business acumen as economist and global leader.
To date, she is the only person in the French-speaking world to hold the triple accreditation of ICF-certified Master Coach, EMCC Master Practitioner and EMCC-accredited Supervisor. She is one of just fifteen supervisors worldwide trained in team coach supervision.
An EMCC accredited Senior Executive Coach, Team Coach and Coach Supervisor, Cheryl has over 25 years of international coaching experience and a Masters level degree in Coach Supervision. Having discovered coaching in 1991 in her native England, Cheryl has been an advocate for the coaching profession for nearly 3 decades. She provides individual and group coach supervision and assessment in English and French to clients around the world. Cheryl has coached leaders, managers and teams in corporations, start-ups, public sector bodies, the health service and international organisations across Europe. She is an accredited Coach and Coach Supervisor for the European Union institutions and Vice President of EMCC Belgium.
Ludmila is a Senior Executive Coach and ICF certified Mentor Coach, providing executive development and business coaching in French, English and Russian. For over 2 decades, she accompanied business transformations of international companies, first in her financial advisory role, then in her consulting and coaching capacity. In supervision, Ludmila combines her in-depth understanding of systemic approach, that she has developed while learning from Paul Watzlawick and Richard Fish at the Palo Alto Mental Research Institute (US CA), with the system’s psychodynamic perspective and clinical approach to change acquired at the INSEAD’s Executive Masters’ Program Consulting and Coaching for Change.
Life and executive coaching 1991 to present: entrepreneurs, small business owners, and executives (C-level, Sr VP, VP, directors, supervisors, managers); professionals (doctors, dentists, chiropractors, artists); coaches, and coaching school owners (over 10,000 hours). Mentoring and supervision for students, beginning as well as advanced level coaches 1997 to present (over 10,000 hours). Recipient of The Lifetime Achievement Award 2012 by the ICF Chapter of Washington State, Fran is recognized internationally as one of the pioneers and champions for coaching. Fran has been serving ICF as a PCC and MCC Credentialing Assessor since 1998.
